Adrian Forster

My passion is for helping others through the benefits of exercise, massage and lifestyle changes. Helping clients discover their optimal health and fitness with the tools I’ve acquired in the holistic fitness and health field. Without knowing I began my journey during work experience, at a local gym, I witnessed the impact of simple exercise on a gym member recovering from a major knee operation.Since then, I've acquired knowledge with qualifications including Sport and fitness Science degree, Chek Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and certification in Sports Massage and Functional Movement Screening. Over the years my varied training skills have navigated me through different sectors, public leisure centers, corporate gyms, business schools, secondary schools, private fitness clubs even Lecturing in a prison! Presently I have my own studio. My experiences of working with people has highlighted how differently we use our bodies due to injuries, illnesses or lifestyle habits. In turn can cause issues including being in pain and restricted movement. Through assessing, listening and creating tailored programs for clients I can help them to move forward. From assisting clients in post-injury recovery, regaining fitness after major illnesses, or enhancing sporting performance, I take pride in guiding individuals toward their health and fitness goals.
